On November 6, 2003, Rod Parsley attended the Partial Birth Abortion Ban signing
ceremony at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. As he watched President
Bush take this important step to protect innocent life, Pastor Parsley noticed how
little representation there was in the room by evangelical leaders of his own generation.
As a result, he was compelled to become a more active voice for righteousness in
the public square. The Center for Moral Clarity , Reformation Ohio and the books
Silent No More and Culturally Incorrect were all outgrowths of that day’s revelation.
