Audio Technician
The Audio Technician will operate sound boards for live church services, events and studio tapings. The incumbent will be required to work a schedule that includes Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Responsibilities:
  • All preparation, set-up and operation of sound boards for live church services, events and studio tapings
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Assist with other day-to-day projects as they arise and with other duties in media department as necessary
Position Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in live sound/professional recording studio

Bus Driver / Special School Events

This ministry with its world–wide platform is affecting every strata of society spiritually, educationally, economically and culturally through the expanse of the Breakthrough television program which airs 24 hours a day/ 7days a week on major TV stations and affiliates. The Bus Driver opening is an as needed part–time casual position. The ideal candidate must have a successful and verifiable work history of at least 2–3 years in the area of transportation.

Primary Responsibilities
    Bus drivers to provide transportation with school–related activities, i.e. field trips, sporting events, etc. throughout the Columbus Metro area.
    Adhere to all Federal regulations and to all additional State of Ohio requirements.
    Preserve order on the bus and enforce school safety regulations, permitting only those authorized to ride.
    Provide transportation for special church events.
    Primary Qualifications
    The driver must be at least 21 and have at least a class B CDL with a passenger and school bus endorsement and authorized to work in the United States.
    2–3 years minimum experience with public or private bus transportation and must be extremely safety–conscious.
    Valid Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record and be insurable.
    Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2–3 years of a verifiable .employment history with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
    Must successfully pass a BCI/FBI background check.
    First Aid/CPR certified a plus.
    Willing to work any day of the week including weekends.

2nd or 3rd shift Custodian
World Harvest Church has an immediate opening for a full-time custodian. This is a Flexible 2nd shift position or a 3rd Shift Position, must be available from 5pm-3am or 11pm-7am. Schedule will fluctuate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform all necessary housekeeping services in the facilities to include, but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers.
  • Assist with the set-up of facilities for church services, meetings, conferences, events, school functions, classrooms, etc.
  • Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, etc.
  • Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finisher to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets.
  • Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.
  • Lock and unlock assigned room doors and/or buildings along with security.
  • Assist with inventory control and security at the security desk.
  • Safely operate all vehicles and other job related equipment.
Qualifications

Digital Print Operator
World Harvest Church is currently seeking candidates to work in our digital print shop, which is responsible for producing printed materials for World Harvest Church and its affiliates (including Harvest Preparatory School, Valor Christian College, and Breakthrough).
This position is responsible for operating two large digital printers, envelope printer, cutter, inserter, binding equipment, and a 60” large format banner printer. Prefer candidates with two years of experience operating listed equipment, but we are also willing to train someone who is eager to learn, can learn quickly, has a solid work ethic and possesses basic mechanical skills.

Requirements:

  • Highly flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excel at working under high amount of pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Financial Aid Counselor
Valor Christian College, The School of the Spirit, has an immediate opening for a Financial Aid Counselor.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work cohesively with Enrollment Services in order to facilitate outstanding services to prospective students and their parents.
  • Provide one–on–one counseling to students on available federal, state, and local financial aid programs, eligibility criteria and application process.
  • Intakes student financial aid documents and processes those documents through the document imaging system, Populi, and the Virtual Financial Aid Office Document Tracking System.
  • Participate in graduation preview, student registration, and re–entry campaigns as necessary responding to financial aid inquiries.

Qualifications

Graphic Designer
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating Direct Mail Pieces, Brochures, Misc. Marketing Materials, Signage, CD / DVD Disc Art and Web Graphics.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and graphic design projects from inception to completion.
  • Perform project coordination duties that include initiate projects, tacking jobs, and reporting status of jobs.
  • Performs general administrative duties such as creating purchase orders, copying, filing, etc…
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

  • Estimate cost of materials and time to complete graphic design.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations for printed materials such as books, DVD packages, stationary, and other publications.
  • Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive and digital products, television advertising and productions, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.

Long Term Substitute Teacher
Harvest Preparatory School is seeking a Substitute Teacher for a long–term assignment starting in January.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions toward others and develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with friendliness, dignity, and consideration.

Staff Pastor

The Staff Pastor will provide ministry support for local church, church services, ministry guests and other special events.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote and implement the vision of Pastor Parsley in all services provided by the Local Church Office.
  • This leader meets and works with the local church Administrative Team, Elders, Children’s & Youth Pastors, Music Ministry, Staff Pastors, and others to fulfill the mission of the church.
  • Oversees and organizes all major events for the church family, children’s ministry , and youth Ministry, and annual conferences and events.
  • Manages the volunteers for the Ministry including but not limited to greeters, ushers, hostesses, medical personnel, and workers for annual conferences and events.
  • Participate in service planning meetings and event planning meetings.
  • Provides a high level of Christian care and service to the church family in the time of bereavement, funerals, weddings, illness, and other challenges.
  • Serves all segments of the church population including the underprivileged and those with physical challenges.
  • Assist in alter ministry and evangelizing to the church community.
  • Compile spreadsheets, flow charts, database information and statistical information on the progress of all reporting ministries.
  • May make visits to members that are house bound due to illness, elderly, hospitalized, or experiencing loss of a loved one.
  • Coordinate expressions from the Ministry for appreciation , illness, bereavement, and meal efforts.
  • Administer the Lord’s supper during church services and at other opportunities
  • Evangelize the local, state, national, and international audience in church services, Breakthrough crusades. 125 Live, and special events.

Primary Qualifications:

Valor Christian College Receptionist

Primary Function:

  • Assist students and guests as they enter the Administration Building and direct them appropriately
