DAY TWO:
Thursday, August 2nd - A Signal of Covenant
Dear Friend,
We are in the midst of REVIVAL! An atmosphere of expectancy is being released in our services and miracles are already beginning to break loose!
Why? I believe God is setting the tone; preparing our hearts, minds and spirits for a pivotal date on His calendar when everything can change forever!
Nothing in the Kingdom is haphazard. All you need to see the intricacy and the order of God is to look into the heavens. They declare His glory. You see the opposite of chaos, because God is a God of order. He is a God of timing and cycles.
Often in your Bible, God appoints a time for His purpose (Exodus 9, Joshua 11, 2 Kings 7). Scripture declares Jesus came at the appointed time, in the designated season. God isn’t surprised by time. He uses it to accomplish His purpose.
And God has a purpose for you in this season – on 8-8-18!
8 is the number of
new covenant:
- Abraham, the carrier of God’s covenant – that his children would give birth to nations – had 8 sons
- God commanded Israelite baby boys be circumcised – cut off from the natural and inherit the supernatural – on the 8th day … the covenant day
- David was the 8th son of Jesse, and he held in his hand the scepter of Israel and received the covenant promise that the Messianic King – Jesus – would be from his seed
- The Lord Jesus rose from the dead on the 8th day of Passion Week – providing you and me with new life from a new covenant!
It’s the number of
resurrection … of new
beginnings …when
NEW becomes
NOW and
NOW becomes
FOREVER.
You’re never going back to where you were after 8-8-18. No more “just enough,” “getting by,” or “only a bit of joy.” Get ready for overflowing, abounding abundance of everything God desires for you pertaining to life and godliness!
If you have not sent me your prayer requests or sown a seed targeting your need – you still have time! But I urge you to send them immediately. I want to believe with you for your “Forever Miracle!”
