The holiest day on God’s celestial calendar is almost here — and this sacred Day of Atonement promises seven powerful blessings of atonement for you when you bring an offering and celebrate the feast.

Right now I invite you to sow your atonement Offering and place yourself in position to receive the blessings of atonement.

The Day of Atonement was the one and only day of the year the High Priest was permitted – commanded – to enter God’s personal presence in the temple’s Holy of Holies. There, on the Ark of the Covenant, in the holiest place on earth, he sprinkled the sacrificial blood of a spotless lamb as an offering to honor God on His holiest day of the year.

Many Bible scholars believe our Lord Jesus Christ Himself could return in this appointed season. But if He does not return this year, I believe God will release seven supernatural blessings into your life, just as He promised in the Book of Joel:

1. A DOUBLE portion from the Lord (Joel 2:23)
2. FINANCIAL overflow (Joel 2:24)
3. RESTORATION of what you’ve lost (Joel 2:25)
4. An explosion of MIRACLES (Joel 2:26)
5. The divine presence of JESUS Himself (Joel 2:27)
6. Increased REVELATION knowledge (Joel 2:28)
7. DELIVERANCE from anything blocking you (Joel 2:32)

It happened for Shirley.

She was facing the possibility of losing her home over the $1,200 HOA fee she could not pay —

“I had read online Homeowners’ Associations can foreclose over unpaid dues, and my past-due notice was already with a lawyer,” Shirley recalls. Her bank account was in the red, and she had lost her job.

When she heard me preaching about the seven blessings of atonement, she wanted to sow an Atonement Offering ... but she had a small seed.

“I cried before the Lord, so ashamed to bring Him [a small] Atonement Offering,” she recalls. But she sowed the seed she had and targeted it to save her home.

“I want to thank you for praying for me, and thank God for receiving my offering,” Shirley says today. “God provided for the HOA dues, my mortgage payment, and a little extra for other bills.”

Shirley was faithful to keep the Day of Atonement, and God saved her home! I want this kind of blessing for you, and I believe it can be yours during this prophetically anointed season.

Atonement – the highest holy day in the season of Tabernacles – is a commanded feast. And in obedience to God’s instruction in Leviticus 16 & 23, we must bring an offering!


Pray about what your Atonement Offering will be. Then, hold it symbolically in both your hands, as a symbol of the double portion God promises. Let it be your declaration that you are ready for your double-portion! Hold $50 in one and $50 in the other and sow $100 — or hold $100 in one hand and $100 in the other and sow $200.

Whatever the Spirit leads you to sow as an Atonement Offering, I also want to pray for you in this anointed season as we approach the Day of Atonement — be sure to list your most urgent prayer requests on the online prayer form as you sow in faith.

Of course, I will pray for you whether you sow an Atonement Offering or not, but I encourage you to celebrate His commanded feast and honor God on His Holiest day.
